In Nigeria’s justice system, countless inmates languish in correctional centers simply because they cannot afford legal representation. We believe no one should be left to navigate the courts alone due to financial constraints.
Through our Free Legal Aid Initiative, we provide pro bono legal representation to indigent inmates, ensuring they receive a fair trial, access to bail, and timely justice. Our legal team actively engages with correctional centers to identify inmates facing prolonged pretrial detention, wrongful accusations, or stalled cases, stepping in to fight for their rights in court.
We also conduct legal education sessions within correctional centers, empowering inmates with knowledge about their rights, bail processes, and the justice system. Every case we take on is a step towards a fairer, more humane justice system for all, regardless of socioeconomic status.
