Femi Kuyooro

Kuyooro Oluwafemi Raphael is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dundee. He brings a unique blend of financial expertise, analytical skills, and programme evaluation experience, enabling him to design, track, and assess initiatives that drive measurable impact and long-term sustainability.

In his current role as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Oluwafemi is responsible for developing performance indicators, collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing reports that guide organisational strategy. His work ensures that programmes remain accountable to stakeholders, achieve intended outcomes, and continuously improve based on evidence and feedback.

Before transitioning into the M&E field, Oluwafemi built a strong foundation in financial operations as a Customer Service Representative and Transaction Officer at Union Bank in Nigeria. In this role, he managed high-volume deposits, withdrawals, and cheque transactions while facilitating remittance services such as Western Union and MoneyGram. These responsibilities strengthened his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship management skills.

Since relocating to the UK, he has diversified his professional experience through various roles, gaining valuable insights into corporate operations, cross-cultural teamwork, and customer-focused service delivery. This combination of international experience, financial acumen, and evaluation expertise allows him to approach monitoring and evaluation from a holistic, results-driven perspective.
